I listed an acreage a few months ago,not being a acreage specialist and letting the sellers of the acreage aware of that i was a little nervous about this listing. But my sellers understood i was not an acreage specialist and still wanted me to list is because of what i showed them i could do with my marketing to try and get it SOLD for them. They loved i would try new things and not just do what everyone else would do. After a few months of it being on the market, which acreages do take longer then regular residential properties to sell. We recieved an offer and i am happy to report it is not PENDING!!! Thank you to my sellers for believeing in me and allowing me to represent them and get it SOLD!!!
